Satinder knew how much pressure I was under to get my unit assigned so that I could start my life with my new fiance.</p> <p>He did something unimaginable for myself and my new family. He purchased my property at FULL MARKET VALUE simply because he gave me his word that it would be taken care of. Since there was no interest in my unit and Satinder had given me his word, he became my assignee and purchased my property.</p> <p>Satinder did not have to do anything that he did, but he did so because sincerity, generosity and honesty are the staples Satinder lives by, both in his professional and personal life.</p> <p>Take it from me, one very tough cookie to please- Satinder Mangat is THE ONLY AGENT you should have on your side. He had done research to be prepared for our meeting supplying us with comps and shared his knowledge and experience in the area.
