I have bought and sold many homes in my life and by far, Sharon Black is the very best I have ever worked with. She is beyond excellent! If you want someone in your corner, advocating for you, the client, choose Sharon. Lots of realtors are knowledgable, professional and Sharon is all that. What sets her apart from the others is how she competently and calmly fights for the interests of her client. No detail is overlooked; no compromises on quality or support in any regard. Her negotiating skills are remarkable which is so important whether one is buying or selling. Throughout it all, Sharon is delightful..,just a joy to do business with! Simply the best.

I had heard that the foreclosure process is a long and convoluted process that not just any agent would be able to perform well. I had originally dealt with Sharon Black in 2012 when I was interested in purchasing a house in Kelowna. She was always readily available, showed me multiple listings on my schedule and I was very appreciative of her multitasking and attention to detail. And she ultimately found me the home that I was very happy with. When I reached out to her in January 2019, she educated me in the foreclosure process and I was grateful to hear of her past experiences with foreclosures. We were in email and phone contact weekly with many questions asked and decisions made during the 10 week process, culminating in Foreclosure court and a successful acceptance of my offer at the end of March 2019. Sharon helped us purchase our first home in 2016. She guided us in purchasing a property we not only loved living in but was also a very good investment. Three years later she has helped us sell our property maximizing our profits. She secured an offer two days after listng which ultimately fell through due to the buyer in which Sharon got us another offer the following day. Sharon Black helped us purchase a condo in Kelowna in 2008 and sell the same condo in 2017. We were so impressed with her service the first time, we asked for her services again when we decided to sell the condo. When Sharon helped us purchase a condo in 2008, we noticed her organization and dedication. We live in Greater Vancouver and for the few times that we drove to Kelowna to look at condos, it was important to use our time efficiently. She gave us printed information about each condo and drove us to our well-timed viewing appointments. My husband and I didn't know what we wanted and we wavered back and forth between condos suitable for our retirement and condos suitable as income property. Sharon listened to our comments and systematically narrowed down what was important to us. She has in-depth knowledge of the Kelowna area -- a great asset as she pointed out not only what we could see around the condo buildings but also what had been approved for future development around the buildings. She was already familiar with some of the buildings, having been the purchasing or selling agent of one of the units there. After a few trips to Kelowna, we were able to purchase a condo that would be desirable to tenants, and desirable to both of us when we settle in Kelowna for our retirement. We owned the condo for 9 years and we did not have a problem finding tenants. When we decided to sell, Sharon's services went over and beyond what we expected. She looked after preparing our condo for market including having the condo cleaned, replacing the floor covering, repainting, etc. We still live in Greater Vancouver so Sharon (and her invisible team in the background) prepared, staged and listed our condo while we communicated only by phone and email. We trust her and we had full confidence that she would look after our interests. Although she had other clients at the same time, you wouldn't know it because she answered our emails and phone calls promptly, kept us informed and consulted us when making decisions. It was a great pleasure working with Sharon. We highly recommend her to anyone.
