Sharon took the stress out of selling our home. She was a breath of fresh air. Hard working, personable, determined, honest and creative always has a smile.

<p>We live in the mainland and listed our condo in Winfield with Sharon Black in the spring of 2014. The condo was tenanted and did not show very well. Our tenants moved out in July. We decided we needed to paint and spruce the space up in order for it to sell. We relied on Sharon 100% to deal with painters, cleaners, carpet cleaners etc. She also staged the suite and when she was finished it looked amazing. We re-launched our listing in mid-July and had lots of showings through July and August (even though the summer can be a slower time). On September 1 we got an offer which was a really good offer but Sharon managed to make it an even better one with her expertise, so in the end we got very close to our asking price. The purchaser bought all the staging furniture, including the pictures, because it looked so awesome. We would absolutely (and have) recommend Sharon Black to anyone buying or selling property in Kelowna or anywhere in B.C.</p>

<p>Sharon was an exceptional Real Estate Agent. On our home purchase she studied the history of the property, studied the listing agent if she was not familiar with that agent, attended to City Hall to learn about the property and any building permits issued or looked for building permits that should have been issued. Sharon was very patient with us and took the time to look at properties that she might well have dismissed for us.<br /> On the sale of our home she took excellent photos of our property and went the extra mile and had a film crew in to do a 360 degree video at her expense. She was extremely knowledgeable about the area we live in and did an in depth market study before arriving at a listing price for our home. We sold our home at near list price and were very happy. My wife and I highly recommend Sharon Black as a realtor you can trust to represent you.</p>
