<p>Could not say enough to praise Sharon who has looked after us very professionally since we moved from the UK in 2003. Sharon's market knowledge, technical understanding and negotiation skills are second to none. <p>I have used a few different realtors over the years in Kelowna, but after using Sharon Black & Associates, I would ONLY ever use her and her team in the future. Biggest difference with Sharon and others, she takes the time to first get to know you and truly understand what it is you want and what you need. This is the biggest difference in her services versus what others provide.</p> <p>She will take the time to select houses that are what you are after instead of trying to push anything that may be located in the area you want. With the ability today to view houses online and ones that you think you may like, I found that Sharon would steer me away from some because of the personal knowledge she had with what I was after. Even after insisting to see some, I soon came to realize that she better understood more of what I wanted than even I did.</p> <p>Throughout the whole process of searching, viewing, and purchasing, she has been the best realtor I have dealt with in the many home purchases I have made. Not pushy, gives you the details you need to truly understand homes, and if she does not know, she will research.
