I cannot say enough great things about Socrates and his service as he recently helped me buy (and sell) a downtown Toronto condo. He exceeded my expectations and I could not be happier with my new condo, as well as the lightning fast sale of my previous home. Socrates is customer-focused and extremely knowledgeable about the ever-changing Toronto market. I will definitely contact him in the future when I am ready to buy/sell (again) and I will also be recommending him to family, friends and colleagues. I would also like to mention that all of the service people Socrates recommended (eg, home inspector, stager, handyman, movers, etc.) were of great assistance and extremely professional also.

Whenever I scroll through MLS listings and see places that look cluttered, empty, or just poorly presented, I can’t help thinking, “What exactly did their realtor do? They should’ve hired Socrates.” His team cleaned, painted, staged, and truly showcased our property. The result? We achieved the highest price per square foot ever recorded in the building. Meanwhile, I still laugh when I see listings where other realtors didn’t even bother to close the toilet lid before taking photos. More recently, Socrates helped me find a home that I’m absolutely thrilled with, at an amazing price. As a single woman, feeling safe and supported throughout the process meant everything. He guided me through each step, always checking in on how I was feeling about the decisions ahead. It made a huge difference having complete trust in someone so knowledgeable who genuinely cares. And as a bonus, after I took possession, he even saved me from making a few interior design mistakes, he has great taste in decor. Besides being incredibly good at what he does, he's a genuinely good person. You cannot go wrong with him.
