My fiancée and I are in our mid-to-late 20s, and buying our first home in Toronto felt like a huge and intimidating step. We didn’t know where to start, but we happened to come across Socrates’ name in our local community newspaper and decided to reach out. Looking back, we’re so glad we did. From the beginning, Socrates made us feel comfortable and heard. He never made us feel like our budget or lack of experience was a burden.
