Socrates and Claire recently sold my partner’s condo and helped us find a new condo for us to move in together. They are incredibly helpful and just wonderfully kind people all around. They have an amazing knowledge of the housing market and really care about their clients finding their perfect home. They’re with you through every step of the process and always ensure you know what’s going on and what you need to do. They also have a ton a great contacts for any renovations you need completed (contractors, cleaners, etc.). We would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy and/or sell!

Socrates was a literal life-saver. Not only a phenomenal real estate agent, he's a home decor enthusiast, East End wunderkind and agony aunt all at once. We would never have made it to the finish line without him. Even after our deal was closed though, Soc continues to show an interest in how our home is going with renovations etc and provides support in any way he can -- it's service provided with genuine empathy that you just won't get elsewhere. I'd highly recommend him to anyone.
