My husband and I recently relocated from Embrun Ontario to Hope British Columbia.   We would have had a very difficult time if it wasn’t for Sophie.  We had inquired about a couple of houses in Hope and we had a very nasty experience with one other realtor,  We saw a house that we liked and asked if it was still available and the reply from this realtor was one word. Yes.  That is it, no other reply in the return email from her. You can just imagine how turned off we were and thinking that we would never find a home.   As we were looking we fell in love with this one house in the same neighbourhood and reached out.  It was one of Sophie’s houses.  Sophie explained to us that it wasn’t available but continued to ask us what we were looking for and how she could help us find a home and that she had recently relocated another family from Ontario.  Sophie worked tirelessly for us, even thought there is a 3 hour time difference Sophie would send us houses and would call us bright and early BC time and would continue to communicate with us well into the late evening. If it wasn’t for Sophie we would have never found our home.  Sophie is seriously the best realtor ever.  She will work endlessly until you are able to find what you want and need and will move heaven and earth to make sure that your journey with her is perfect.

Sophie was excellent to work with and very efficient. I am out of province and she took the time to make sure everything was taken care of when I could do little myself. I would recommend her to anyone!

The best thing about Sophie was that, although she works with many clients, she still took the time to get to know us, and understand what our situation was. She never treated us a mere clients and had our best interests in mind throughout the entire process of selling our home and buying a new one. She always made it clear what our options were and her experience helped guide us in a crazy time to sell/buy. Her advice never felt pushy but was always solid and based on experience. <p>Sophie is by far the most professional real estate agent I have ever encountered. She is honest, reliable and punctual, one of the best prepared agents you would want selling your home. She does her homework and comes prepared to facilitate your every concern. Following the listing of your home she meets with all other realtors in her office to announce your listing. As soon as she receives feedback from other agents she contacted me to prepare for potential buyers upcoming. She is very logical, well versed in real estate practices and manages everything end to end. She maintains contact and/or post selling support. There is little more I can say about Sophie only to rate her performance at 5/5. I rarely rate an individuals performance this high however Sophie is well deserving of this  rating.</p> <p>Initial visit<br /> Arrived on-time prepared with market analysis charts of comparable listings in my area.</p> <p>Went for a walk through to discuss staging for maximum impact by potential buyers.</p> <p>Returned 2 days later with professional photographer.</p> <p>Followed up with color brochures, business cards and signage at front door. Well versed in contract knowledge explaining everything.</p> <p>Posted signage on front lawn and gained maximum exposure by announcing our listing on MLS and full coverage on social media platforms.</p> <p>Sold our home in four days for more than expected.</p> <p>Excellent follow through end to end.</p>
