Sophie was invaluable in purchasing a new home. I was travelling into the Chilliwack area from the Kootenays to purchase a new home. She accommodated my inflexible schedule and made me a priority. She was even incredibly patient and helpful the day I had to bring my two toddlers along. We would never have survived that day without her. Without a doubt, I would use Sophie again as my realtor. She is knowledgeable, hard working and kind. She answered every question in a very timely manor, provided additional listings that were realistic for my familyand supported my search anyway she could. I am now moving my family into a great home, in a great neighbourhood and I fully attribute that to Sophie.

Sophie was very patient and understanding with us as first time home buyers. She was very knowledgeable and helped us out tremendously in finding what was right for us and explaining everything. Very friendly and absolutely wonderful to work with.

Sophie helped me sell my home. Upon meeting her, I immediately felt relaxed and at ease. Sophie made the whole process much easier for me, and not only did I feel like I could rely on her , I also felt like I could trust her. I never felt pressured to make a decision one way or another, however I felt like she always tried to present all the available information. Not only did Sophie work hard but she kept me informed, and I really felt that she was working in my best interest. All in all, I think Sophie went above and beyond, and I’m going to miss her!

Sophie is absolutely amazing! She listened to what we wanted and was able to read us, and find us homes that fit our lifestyle. Almost seemed like she knew us for years! She is available literally 24-7. She answered our calls and texts all day ( even at 8:00 at night!) when we had questions and concerns. She worked tirelessly all day (and what seems to be all evening) to find us perfect home. She’s super nice, and is always available to look at homes during the week or weekend. We thought buying a home was going to be stressful but Sophie did all the work for us and made it as easy as buying milk from the store. She also recommended us to an amazing mortgage broker (Don Freemen) and he was every bit as good as she said he’d be. The two of them will make buying a home a breeze. I honestly couldn’t recommend a better realtor, if you need to find a home in chilliwack, Sophie is the one.
