Sophie took the time to understand our neighborhood in order to set the right asking price for our house. She helped guide us through the process of preparing the house for showings. The pictures her professional photographer took were amazing and the included floorplan was a wonderful touch. The listing was posted without delay. Sophie was really responsive and communicative when it came to arranging the showings. We recieved an offer within days, and Sophie's engagement made sure that the subjects were removed as scheduled. She was wonderful in how quickly she arranged the communication between us and the buyer. It was a pleasure to work with Sophie and she is our go to realtor.
