I really want to start with saying how grateful and thankful we feel to have had Stephen Lau and Faye Ren with us when we made the decision to sell our home!!! The appreciation is so great it’s almost hard to put into words. My husband and I have been through this process. Initially I was hesitant and feeling stressed about a major life decision and change, remembering the previous time we had bought and sold a home.
