I was introduced to Stephen Lau through my granddaughter, who purchased a home with him about a year ago. This is the third property Stephen has helped me with. Over the years, he’s assisted me in selling a house and buying several investment properties. Most recently, he helped me purchase a condo with a great view of downtown Edmonton. I’ll say this plainly—the level of research, analysis, and insight Stephen brings to the table is far beyond anything I ever experienced with other Realtors.
