I once worked with Stephen and Faye as a new realtor, the knowledge and guidance they shared was priceless. It was because of them I became a confident Real Estate Agent. Recently I decided to sell my house and relocate out east, Stephen became my realtor. The house got 2 offers in just days. Of course I wasn't too surprised, I knew I was working with the best realtor in the city. The end result was no price reduction and sold at full list price due to Stephen's tactics with negotiation.
