I was looking for a unicorn. Stephen found it! I was looking to downsize to a bungalow and there weren’t many renovated bungalows in mature neighbourhoods that appealed to me. After a year of searching, Stephen found a property that was not yet listed on the MLS! Through his frequent interactions with other realtors, he kept asking his other colleagues if they had anything coming to market in the near future. Finally, an opportunity came up and Stephen was able to negotiate a sale *before* the property was on the market! This really defines “finding a needle in the haystack”! Brilliant strategist! I was introduced to Stephen by one of my friends who purchased a house with him. I live outside Alberta and was looking to sell an investment property. Initially I was looking to sell my property with the tenant still living there. Stephen is an excellent problem solver! I needed a prime location retail restaurant space on the south side of Edmonton. Me and my business partners always had the dream to open our own late-night Chinese skewer restaurant. Stephen has demonstrated exceptional and consistent work ethic. He has done open houses to promote my house for sale. The property he sold for me was vacant and he brought special light fixtures that ran on timers to ensure the property was always well lit for property showings. He brought his own portable speakers to add music to the property. Anyone who has ever gone to a new home showroom will notice the properties are always beautifully staged, attractively lit and have background music. His marketing included photos, video, and spectacular aerial drone video! Stephen hired the best professionals to create a beautiful final product. Some realtors take their own photos and the final product clearly shows inadequate skills and equipment.
