Stephen and his partner Faye were wonderful. They helped us find a house In a new Province during the pandemic sight unseen. Stephen’s use of technology and his attention to detail helped us to be comfortable buying a house from a distance. He also provided valuable advice about Edmonton neighbourhoods, our future commute, and schools for our kids. He also guided us on the purchasing process, recommended a lawyer, and we feel that we got a good deal on our house. When we moved into our new home, it exceeded our expectations with regards to the house and it’s location. Stephen has also been helpful in recommending services (like a dentist) and things to do in Edmonton. I cannot say enough about how wonderful Stephen is and would highly recommend him to anyone.

At first, me and my partner were not sure if we would need a real estate agent or we would just go to the builder directly for a new house, until Stephen and Faye was introduced to us. They directly answered our questions truthfully, educated us on the pros and cons of a new house as well as well as the advantages and disadvantages of a mature neighborhood.
