Stephen Lau and Faye, his lovely wife, took on quite a challenge when we settled on them as our realtor. He was able to sell our property in the middle of a pandemic, where almost all sectors are economically struggling, at a price we were very happy with. Here is why you should pick him: We consulted a few of his colleagues and counterparts to see what they had to say about our property. They came, they saw and mentioned a price that the unit could potentially sell at and that was it. Then came Stephen and Faye along with a 1.5 inch binder full of documents. This binder included market analysis of the area, history of all the comparable properties that sold in the area for the last 3 to 5 years and he pulled the title of the unit. He presented a range and gave the backup for the origin of the number to boot and told us to digest it over the weekend. Here is the kicker, all this was done whilst we were still deciding on which realtor to pick. This alone showed me that the man knows his business. Regarding customer service... well this was my first time selling a property, Stephen and his wife walked us through every step. Day or night they are available to answer our questions. Anytime an offer came, I could count on Stephen's fair feedback and commentary. Professional and diligent. Two words that can best describe him. Would I choose Stephen again?
