Warren was an amazing realtor! We were first time home buyers so we weren't really sure what to look for in a good quality home. He went above and beyond to teach us how to check the foundation for cracks, the roof/shingle quality, how to look to see if water has been in the basement, and the electrical box. 10/10 would recommend.
