Warren has helped us out 3 times. We are very confident in Warren for multiple reasons, but the more important ones are trust and honesty. If Warren doesn’t know something, he will be honest and then find out and get back in a very timely manner. He is very friendly, he listens well, and he doesn’t rush you. He is very positive, professional and just simply easy to be around. Another thing that we picked up one this specific purchase - he is very great on making time for his clients (even sometimes with short notice). We’ve viewed many houses with Warren and he always points out things that are signs of damage, poor care or something that could cause us future problems. He doesn’t focus on the immediate sale, he focuses on a long time friendship/relationship.
