Whenever a property has major issues, he’s quick to advise me to “Run, as fast as you can,” saving me from costly mistakes and future headaches. Whether you’re an investor like me or buying a home to live in, Warren is the perfect choice. He simplifies even the most complicated deals with clear strategies tailored to meet my needs. Warren is an example of everything you want in a Real Estate Agent: he operates with honesty and integrity, and his knowledge about the city itself, as well as the methodical way of dealing with each step of the home purchase process, is a great relief to a new homebuyer. He is a detail-oriented, realistic person who actually cares about getting you what you actually need, and will be honest about whether something is to be expected or is out of the ordinary in an older home, for example. As a result, he will never push someone into something that he can see is not the right move. That level of integrity and genuine concern for his client is what separates Warren from the pack. He is experienced enough in his field that when he sees an opportunity to save you money, or knows in his gutt that he could go to bat for you and help you out on your end as his client, he does it... and with fabulous results! That's the reason someone can confidently put their trust in him, because if he can see a way to go the extra mile for his client, he will. This is the second time I've personally had Warren as my agent, at two completely different points in my life, and the whole reason I chose to go back to him was because of all the reasons listed above.
