Wasim was great. He understood that we had a tight budget to work with and he showed us properties within our budget. He showed us properties we otherwise wouldn't have looked at and ended up finding us a property we loved that met all of our needs within that budget. Wasim used his connections to help us deal with certain problems that we encountered and were not able to deal with on our own. He did everything to make our transaction as smooth as possible.

Wasim went over and above expectations with sale of my condo during a period when the pandemic was beginning to play havoc with the market. I was attempting a private sale with little success, when he approached me with a request to show the place to two potential buyers. When I decided I needed an agent, Wasim was an easy choice. Throughout the process he provided useful information on sales and comparable listings, advice on how to improve the appeal of my unit and updates on showings and agent feedback. In addition to this support, which I would expect, Wasim arranged for painting of the condo interior, removal of a lock on the storage locker and other support I would not expect. As I live an hour's drive from the condo location, these services were invaluable. Also the sale was negotiated at a time when I was out of the country. Wasim was able to send me online documents to sign and handled the full transaction. I would recommend him to anyone looking for an agent who shows initiative, creativity and a commitment to providing excellent service in order to make a sale.

Wasim had been referred to us through a close friend who had used Wasim's for their house sale the year prior. We decided to interview three different agents including Wasim to make sure we were making the right decision. After interviewing and seeing presentations from all three we felt that Wasim was the right person for the job. He was extremely detailed in showing us his comparables for our property and also how his marketing efforts would be the right mix for us. He was extremely helpful in getting us prepped for sale including needed fixes and touch ups all the way to staging. He knows so many people in different area of expertise. He helped us get the right trades people in immediately to do things like new hardwood, new stairs, pre inspection report and more. Once we were ready we didn't even actually get to have the house on the market as we had someone come in just before listing and pay us over asking. We were not going to use Wasim for our new purchase as we were going to move outside of the region. However having travelled to Niagara area 4 or 5 times in a two week period and the current virus nearing pandemic stage we had to look at plan B an reengaged with Wasim to find us a place locally that would be in line with our budget and the type of house we were looking for. He was amazing at lining up places for us to see in short order always being careful that as we saw places we used proper social distancing and keeping as safe as was possible. We found a house we love very quickly and although there were multiple offers coming in w were able to get ours over the line due to Wasim's persistence and negotiating expertise. My wife and I were blown away by the amount of time Wasim spent helping us through both ends of this process and would highly recommend him to anyone out there needing a great agent.
