Wasim is the perfect realtor. Due to circumstances I had to handle the de- cluttering ( after 32years) , getting set for the staging, Wasim took control and handled it all for me. When it came time for me to sell my home in Newmarket after residing there for 17 years, I interviewed numerous real estate agents and immediately realized that Wasim was my best choice. I found Wasim to be very professional but most of all he listened carefully to all my concerns and answered all my questions. I had enormous anxiety with respect to the sale of my home and he helped alleviate those feelings by always being available when I needed him for any aspect of the sale process. Wasim put together a marketing strategy that was focused on the market conditions at the time of the listing. As market conditions changed he modified our strategy to maximize the return on the sale of my home. He used advanced real estate tools like a virtual home walkthrough that allowed prospective buyers to visit, see and feel the layout of my home remotely on their computer. Wasim took a hands on approach in preparing my home for listing on the market. He personally did a lot of the labour himself (e.g. shopping for and installing new light fixtures), recommended trusted trades where needed and provided an excellent design professional for staging the house. In hindsight I could not have imagined a better outcome for the sale of my largest asset. I would not hesitate to use Wasim again and I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a professional agent for their real estate needs.
