<p><br />We had a townhouse that had been on the market in the fall for many months and didn't sell. A couple offers fell through and it was not a great experience. We decided to list it again in the spring and contacted Simon based on his reviews. The house sold at a good price before the for sale sign even went up and the flyers were printed. I can't recommend him enough. He has a great understanding of how to properly market and photograph a place and understands that the little details make all the difference. His photographer was top notch, his team arranged on their own for a handyman to come in and fix a couple things and all together it was absolutely seamless and painless. Such a relief after having the place sit on the market for many months previously. Best of all was Simon himself. He is a straight shooter, honest, realistic, always available, and I mean always - even at 6:30am or 11pm, hardworking to the max, organized and personable....the list goes on.
