<p>We tried not to give fives on every score just so we could be more helpful, but Simon and his team really did deserve an outstanding rating on all of the categories. This is the second time that we have had the pleasure of working with Simon, and it will not be the last. As long as we need to move and Simon is in real estate, we will choose him every time. We cannot say enough about the whole process with Simon. He is always extremely professional, knowledgeable, and personable. We know how much Simon has on the go, and yet Simon never makes you feel like he's in a hurry. He has made the whole experience of buying and selling property so enjoyable. We are very grateful for Simon and his team. Cannot recommend them enough!</p>

Through his valuation expertise, we were able to achieve a maximum price and he was able to support the price through bank valuation challenges.
