<p>I have bought and sold many properties but this is the first time I have experienced a pain free selling of our home! Simon and his Team did an outstanding job of looking after every detail. His office staff and on-call system was outstanding. Simon communicated continually via email, his confidential feed back on-line system, texting and his Photographer truly captured the beauty of our home. In 10 days we had 22 showings and a confirmed sale within weeks!<br /> I would not hesitate to use Simon and his Team again. My son used his services and was treated with the same professionalism.
