<p>Simon was very helpful and knowledgeable when it came to finding me the right home. He came prepared with comparable information and previous sales in the area on the properties we viewed. Simon was timely in getting back to my requests, made himself available and worked hard to get my deal done. I would recommend him as an agent and will be referring my friends and colleagues.</p>

<p>Best realtor by far I have ever worked with!<br /> Having moved frequently over the years, Simon took care of every detail and then some; cleaning up the yard for my arrival, arranging details for possession so be as smooth as possible, convenient signing in his office for a 1-stop finish, arranged to have the locks rekeyed, home insurance arranged over the phone/internet prior to my out of province arrival, and finally, I opened the door to my new home with the most beautiful gift basket on behalf of Simon and his team!<br /> Not to mention his expertise with market trends, negotiations, areas/neighborhoods/watch outs and more. Extremely timely and always available - Simon is THE best there is.<br /> Without hesitation, I would recommend he and his team to take care of any purchase/sell of your home.</p>

He helped us find a good neighbourhood that was safe and a great home to bring our expected baby home to.<br /> He answered all our questions and upon receiving the keys, he organised a locksmith be there to change the locks for us. One more thing we weren't expecting and was a relief. His team is great too. If he couldn't be there, Nathan showed us a couple places and became a friend.
