I recently had the priviledge working with avtar singh who is extremely knowledgeable, experienced and great professional...he helped me in getting my first home according to my price range and making my dream come true...he was communicative and easy to reach to answer any of my questions at all times...he really cares about his client when it comes to helping them find a home...his patience and explaining things are his greatest strength as a realtor...I highly recommend him to go to for anyone looking for a home...wish you all the best avtar singh for all your future endeavours...

When we wanted to sell our house in the Malton area we interviewed several top agents before deciding on who to go with. Avtar had already introduced himself a week earlier asking if we were thinking of selling the house. After the interviews, we decided originally not to go with Avtar and we went with another Agent who made many promises and seemed to say all the right things. We soon learned that she was only a part-time Agent and that she didn’t really know the Malton area at all. She was very difficult to get in touch with and we always seemed to be asking her what was going on. Needless to say, it was an unmitigated disaster and she was not able to sell the property. Frustrated and a bit disillusioned with the entire process we didn’t know what to do. We had always liked Avtar because of his direct and honest approach and intimate knowledge of the Malton area. So we thought we would reach out to him and see if he would still be interested in helping us. I was a bit concerned that he would feel hurt that we did not choose him initially, but when I called him he was just glad that we had thought of him again and he was appreciative of the opportunity to represent us. He was the consummate professional and immediately provided us with a fair assessment of the value arranged for a photographer and virtual tour and gave us his word that he would work tirelessly to sell the property. True to his word Avtar did work very hard on our behalf and was always available for any questions or concerns at all hours of the day or night, even when he was away on holiday. He always kept us informed of every development and held many open houses as part of his marketing efforts. Avtar always displayed a quiet yet confident demeanour and operated always with our best interest at heart while maintaining his impeccably high standards. Our property was definitely a challenge due to the very specific buyer that we were looking for (investment property) and the fact that we had a specific sale price in mind. So it did take a bit longer than we thought to sell, but Avatar’s dogged determination and his extensive list of contacts won out in the end and he got it sold. We are very happy that we chose to work with Avtar and would certainly recommend him to anyone wishing to sell their house. Once we made our decision to list and then buy within the current housing market we expected the process to be challenging.
