I am very pleased in having Avtar Singh sell my house and so quickly. Within three days of the sign being erected on my lawn, he had my house sold with a higher than asking price. I never expected this to happen so quickly. There are many houses for sale on my street yet he managed to find good people who were interested in buying mine. Thank you so much for your hard work. Personable . Always available to answer questions. Great manner! He was able to provide com-parables in the area and explanations for his why he priced the property. Negotiation skills were quick .

The day I called him, he was busy with family business( family get to gather with an out of town family). As soon as he was free from family business, he called that it will take an hour to drive in. If I will be comfortable to talk around 9 and 9:30 pm, I replied will meet tomorrow late morning. He made it on time, talk to us courteously in a good professional way and explained each and everything. He discussed with us what we want and rolled out his plan. He was contacting with us at each and every step( kept us in a loop). I highly recommend him, as a good sales person with an excellent knowledge about his work and excellent communication skills.
