Buying and finding a house at the top of the market was not an easy task.. Avtar Singh was very professional as well as personal…my stresses were high as (all) my criteria needed to be met. Avtar Singh is not only a fantastic realtor, he is an excellent support system. ANYTIME there was a house we wanted to see Avtar Singh moved fast as houses were flying off the market. He negotiated and helped us to obtain the house as per our needs, working hard to make sure things like repairs were fair. Avtar Singh is amazing and I would highly recommend to anyone looking to purchase a home, you won’t regret it.
