My dad listed his home, once a family home that my sister and I grew up in, in Mississauga with Avtar. Being a family home of course emotions ran high. On top of that we live 450km away and couldn’t possibly be available. Trusting Avtar with our home was a great experience. He was very professional and put our minds at ease by taking ownership of evacuating unwanted items that we left behind in a couple of piles, did virtual staging and within a week put the house on market.
