Now living in our dream home thanks to Cathy! She is a great communicator and made sure that we understood everything throughout the whole process. She asked a lot of questions to get a clear picture of exactly what my fiancé and I wanted in a home and got all of our boxes checked. Selling a home should be stressful but with Cathy she made it a seamless journey and we sold our place in less than 2 days, for over asking. Would highly recommend her as an agent!
