From our first meeting it became evident that Ryan had a sincere interest in meeting the criteria sat out by the potential purchaser. As there were three of us to please, each with a different perspective and a variety of experience, this may have seemed an unusual challenge. Ryan listened with understanding, did not push any particular point of view, Proposed a reasonable plan of action and helped us to follow through with the purchase. I would not hesitate to recommend this agent to anyone seeking assistance with a Real estate need.

Ryan helped us buy our first home and we are very grateful for how seemingly easy and smoothly it all went. From viewing potential homes, finding us the right personnel for every process and finally taking possession of our home, Ryan was diligently with us and was a tremendous support. We started out a little stressed about the whole process being first time buyers and new to it all but Ryan made it seem like a cake walk. <p>Just having sold our home in 5 days in Victoria for well over our list price, I have to say that the marketing strategy and presentation with 3D Virtual Tour, Video and pictures was very well done. Interest was generated even before the house went on the market with the team's Coming Soon social media campaign. Ryan was personable and easy to work with, accepting our suggestions and corrections and working them into the plan. Ryan closed a good deal with a minimum of fuss. Pleasure working with Ryan and his team.</p>

I loved the experience overall - I appreciated Ryan being responsive, willing to answer all my questions and look into my inquiries. It was also very good to be informed of everything that had to be done. To top it off, I also enjoyed the positive and friendly attitude. Good job!
