I tend to be guarded when interacting with "sales" people, but I found Ryan Fach to be a very honest and capable realtor. He provided me with a detailed marketing plan upfront, explained the current market conditions, and gave me an honest assessment of how my property compared. He also advised me on small, pre-sale upgrades that I could focus on that would have maximum return in terms of curb appeal and value to a potential buyer. Throughout the process, Ryan was very responsive, by email, text, or phone (even weekends and after hours). He definitely goes to work for you. I wholeheartedly recommend Ryan Fach to other sellers and I believe he would represent buyers equally well. Ryan has a passion for his work and it really shows in his performance.
