We have had the good fortune to by and sell multiple properties in the past with other realtors but our experience with Ryan was second to none. Ryan had the contacts, market information, and was prepared with detailed analysis and insight. However, on our purchase it was his shrewd, calculated negotiation tactics that enabled us to successfully purchase an amazing property in a red hot, over heated housing market. On our first few days working with Ryan we made meaningful connections on several potential purchasing options that other realtors we worked with said were not possible. Ryan was responsive, timely, quick to act and react in our best interests. I would highly recommend him to be your real-estate champion!!!

I was not quite ready to show my house at that time, but he stayed in touch with me and kept me updated on the status of the market. He remained very patient and was ready for me when I was finally ready to show my house. The Team was very respectful and nice to work with when they came in to start the sale process by creating the needed media. The amount of media and all of the platforms that they used was very impressive. I have never had so much attention brought to a house that I have sold before! Usually, I am a lot more stressed in the process of selling a home, but they made the process easy and met more than my expectations.
