Ryan Fach and the Neal Estate Group went absolutely above and beyond to help with not only the sale of our home but also the purchase of our new home. Ryan kept me informed through all the steps of selling and buying a home. Even with all the questions I had, he was able to answer them all and also made sure I wasn't buying something I would regret later. He made sure I was protected when writing up our contracts for the purchase. If you're looking for a realtor that will make sure you are not left out in the dark, Ryan is your person! I would definitely recommend Ryan to anyone, especially if you are looking for someone who is down to earth and not just looking to make a dollar off you! The Neal Estate Group is great because they consist of a group of professional agents that can help you from any location you desire to sell or purchase from. They also are able to help one another as a team. When our home was up for sale, agents from Neal Estate Group would step in and help with the open house of our house to make sure everything ran smoothly. They constantly check in on you and even sent us delicoius pizza when we moved into our home. Extremely grateful and happy with the service we received!

I was referred to Ryan by my realtor who sold my home in Coquitlam, as I was looking to move to the island. With very short notice, Ryan set up 5 or 6 showings for one day. The timing was well planned so that we weren’t rushed but were able to see all of the houses in one day. His advice and knowledge assisted me in making a big decision quickly and his negotiation skills and advice helped close the deal iat the price I wanted. If ever I move again, I’ll be reaching out to Ryan!

Ryan Fach and the entire team at Neal Estate Group did an outstanding job on our recent purchase of a second property for our family! Ryan was professional, friendly and helpful with every step of the process and were available 24 hours of the day for anything we needed, which was most helpful as we were purchasing from out of town! Ryan showed us multiple properties that fit our wish list and was very knowledgeable about everyone of them and always was fully prepared for every meeting and showing. The team was very helpful setting us up with all of the paperwork to be done in our hometown, making the process very seamless and truly a celebration! A year ago I didn't know one Real Estate Company from the other, but chose Ron Neil (and Team) upfront due to their online presence. Ryan Fach came by my home to go over what I could expect from them. I found him pleasant, thorough and what appeared to be well informed. I never felt pressed or oversold. I decided to go with this company (and Ryan) without searching further... and told Ryan as much. Once I decided to sell, I called Ryan to get things going. From beginning to end he was 'my' Realtor... at least that's how I was left to feel. I learned a lot about the business at hand without once being delayed for answers. Honestly, I can't find anything to be critical of. That's not easy for most people to say... including myself. My nature allows me to break down walls with people faster than normal, which lends itself to knowing a person more quickly. I find Ryan to be a sincere individual who leans towards the best interest of others. He has heart.   As much as I put my faith into Ryan and what he was telling me, I still kept my finger on the pulse regarding moves being made during the sale of my house. Afterall, it is a big deal and definitely has its emotional side. I was impressed with the tactics he was using and the clarity he provided (quickly) when I needed some blanks to be filled in so I might understand the process better. With the market in a decline for sellers recently I was becoming nervous about maybe losing a potential sale, but he put me at ease that we still had time and room for negotiation... which proved to be in my favour.
