My agent, Ryan Fach, who was the representative agent that I used to sell my home from the Neal Estate Team was very responsive and informative when I first started to look for an agent. I was not quite ready to show my house at that time, but he stayed in touch with me and kept me updated on the status of the market. He remained very patient and was ready for me when I was finally ready to show my house. The Team was very respectful and nice to work with when they came in to start the sale process by creating the needed media. The amount of media and all of the platforms that they used was very impressive. I have never had so much attention brought to a house that I have sold before! Usually, I am a lot more stressed in the process of selling a home, but they made the process easy and met more than my expectations. I will be more than happy to work with Ryan Fach and The Neal Estate Team again to sell and then purchase other properties in the future!
