When I first reached out to Zee from overseas with the goal of moving back to Canada, I wasn’t sure where to start. Zee and my family spent a lot of time together and Zee sent me endless research on properties in many different communities. Between the detailed spreadsheets and international communication, over time we settled on the most amazing property we could have ever hoped for in the Heritage Pointe area. Zee truly never gave up! He is very patient and did not pressure us to hurry up. His knowledge of the market conditions coupled with his amazingly warm personality made for a great buying experience. Everyday I wake up and am thankful for the home that we found with Zee’s help. Thank you again Zee!

We met Zee during an open house and found him genuinely authentic and trustworthy. We then brought him on as our realtor in search for our new home. Zee is intelligent, knowledgeable, empathic and intuitive. It was our first home purchase and Zee read our personalities and had us explore homes that we may not have looked at initially and ended up with something we loved and still currently living in. We definitely will use Zee again if he hasn't already put us in our forever home and have recommended him to family to which he has also set them up in their new places with the same level of service.

Zee is a very knowledgeable realtor with a lot of patience. We encountered multiple offers on a property, but we stuck to the plan and later found the perfect property. Zee’s attention to detail is top notch and he is very easy to work with. I would recommend him to anyone going forward.
