My husband and I have decided to move from Ontario to Cochrane, Alberta. While still in Ontario, we were able to work with Zee to plan out condos to view when we visited Alberta again. Zee put together a list and itinerary for us, based on our want list, that we were able to do the first day we got out there! Zee knew exactly what we were looking for and by the end of the day we put an offer on a condo that was accepted! It was such a pleasure to work with Zee! His experience and knowledge of the real estate market made our decision to relocate easy and stress free. We plan to purchase investment properties when we get out there and Zee is the man for us.

Zee was great! When we first started working with him, we were a few months out from when we wanted to purchase. He didn’t rush us, was always happy and prompt to answer questions we had, and didn’t put any pressure on us. When we wanted to start looking at properties, he was organized, punctual, and professional. He accommodated our schedules and worked hard once we found the house we wanted to bid on. I honestly have no idea when he sleeps or spends time with his family, because every text message we sent was answered in minutes. He did research for us on his own time without us asking and was incredibly knowledgeable about all aspects of a house. He would point out things we didn’t even think to look for. Overall, we couldn’t be happier with the service we received and would recommend Zee to anyone and everyone!

Zee is a very professional realtor to work with. We really enjoyed working with him. He was knowledgeable, courteous and always available when required. If he didn't know the answer to any of our questions, he would quickly find out. We would recommend working with Zee in a heartbeat!
