Zee is very knowledgeable about the real estate market and has been very professional, diligent and patient in dealing with the sale of our condo. could not have asked for a better agent.

Zee was available whenever I had questions and was quick to find the answers and get the information to me. He was very supportive in both the sale of my house and the purchase of my condo. He is a very knowledgeable individual and has a pleasant personality. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone selling their home and looking to purchase a new residence be it a house or condo. He will find the right fit for the client.

I generally do not like to write reviews and do so when the level of engagement and interaction from that first call to the moment when it is signed and then the follow-up actions and support is above and beyond what is generally accepted as a norm. I have read the other comments posted and all of them are extremely positive and without repeating them all, I have found Zee to be one of those people that you rarely encounter in ones house hunting journeys that stands heads and shoulders above the rest. We came down to Calgary on a fact finding visit and set up a 1/2 day scheduled appointments - 10 houses in three main areas (15-20 mins / house) and the last house we saw, we liked. The plan was to get to know each other, understand the areas, understand what one could buy within our budget with the objective to coming back again soon. Zee was to quick to understand our needs and made the journey that much easier. As I said, and It was not the plan to buy but sometimes things happened for a reason. Thanks Zee for your initial engagement and your ongoing support which is making this journey that much easier and I have lived in three continents so I would like to say that I am reasonably qualified to say the above.
