I needed a specific house in anticipation of my aging body and difficulty climbing stairs. However, there are many other parameters that is difficult to quantify. Zee simply allow me to review the houses that are available at the time. I selected several and asked Zee to view them with me. Zee was always available and promptly attended the sites to gain access. He walked through the house with me and provided his invaluable opinion on its suitability for me and my family. We finally selected a suitable house and Zee helped me make an offer that was less than $60,000 below listing due to extenuating reasons.
