Ann was such a gift during the past months as we bought and sold homes. Being so knowledgeable of the housing in a large geographic area she advised us on all our purchase options. She advised us oF local suppliers and contractors with whom we discussed our our renovations requirements. We then settled in our new Polo Park home with the renovations completed and followed with a condo sale in Sidney. Ann and Barb, her assistant were our supporters all the way. We can not thank Ann her team enough.

Ann was amazing and helped us navigate a really tricky housing market in late 2021/early 2022. We met with Ann and quickly knew that she would be a great asset in this next big step for us, i.e. buying our first home. We appreciated Ann's straightforward approach and willingness to understand what we were looking for. We don't plan on moving any time soon, but if we do Ann will be the first person we contact.

Ann was a wonderful surprise from the moment she blew into our home like a small, delightful hurricane! Yes, she knows the market and her business well and gives her clients excellent advice. But more important is the extraordinary lengths she goes to in order to help her clients! She gave us excellent advice about renovations prior to listing, provided a list of excellent resources to do our reno, loaned us items to stage our home and provided support and advice throughout. She found us the perfect home to purchase and went above and beyond to ensure our offer was accepted. On possession day, she didn't just give us the keys, she met us there, inspected the property to ensure it was perfect and gave us a lovely welcome package. I cannot recommend her highly enough - in almost 50 years of buying and selling homes we have never met such a fun, helpful and knowledgeable realtor!! She genuinely cares and wants to help her clients from start to finish.

Ann goes to bat for her clients. She doesn't waffle and she always tries to wrangle the best deal. If you hire Ann, she'll do a great job for you.
