Ann was an amazing agent for us, she was able to help us on very short notice and went out of her way to make sure we found the home for us. She was able to point out positives and negatives to really be able to make an educated decision. Being from out of town, this was extremely helpful! She is also very knowledgeable about the area and local businesses. I would recommend anyone call Ann for their real estate needs!

We found the home we eventually bought before we contacted Ann. She knew the area so well that she knew some of the neighbours by name. The negotiations were with absentee owners but with Ann and excellent office staff the process went without a hitch. We consulted about price and our first offer was accepted. She told us her best guess about how the steps would happen and was bang on. Once we had completed the purchase she came over and consulted with us on renovations, and had great ideas, many of which we implemented. Since we have been here we have called her many times for names of tradesmen and services and each time she responded quickly. We have been very happy with her recommendations. We have only good things to say about Ann Watley.

Ann is absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond my wildest expectations. I am an anxious person and she made sure that I was comfortable every step of the way. She had excellent recommendations for every aspect of the transaction (inspection/mortgage broker/lawyer). Every single person involved with the purchase of my condo went above and beyond for me. Ann even has recommendations for people to help turn my purchase into my own sanctuary. If Ann did not have the answer to a question she worked tirelessly until she had an answer that satisfied even her. She worked with me to make sure every question was answered and every detail was taken care of. I could not imagine going through this experience with anyone but her at my side.
