Ann was really helpful in listing the home for the right price, she had done research on similar homes that were listed and their selling price so this advice was absolutely important. Ann managed all the viewings and updated us on the interest from each potential buyer. What blew our mind was it felt that we were the only client she had, Ann was always there to guide us through each process. Ann explains each process well, is prompt to deal with each process in a timely fashion. She was always there when we had a question. Her knowledge of the market and her experience in real estate is invaluable.
