I have had the pleasure of working with Ann on 3 separate occasions. I accredit Ann for making my first house purchase, and every one after, so incredibly pleasant and easy. She is the kind of person that you absolutely want on your side, and she will do everything in her power to make sure you’re happy, whether you’re buying or selling your property! She is incredibly smart, talented and knows how to play hard ball when it’s required. Ann is so knowledgeable when it comes to real estate, and she can translate that knowledge to you so you know exactly what you’re getting into, and you can know that you’re making the right decision. I still have real estate questions, even years after I first had the pleasure of working with Ann, and she still takes the time out of her busy schedule to answer all my questions promptly and professionally. I really can’t wait to work with Ann again, as she makes buying and selling property easy, productive, and fun! You will NOT regret choosing this amazing woman as your next real estate professional, she is one of a kind.

Ann helped us sell our first home and purchase our second. We were extremely satisfied with all her help, knowledge, wisdom, and frankness (when we (on reflection) were being unreasonable). She knew a lot about the neighbourhood we were looking to move to and proactive with listings that came up (or were about to come up). She pointed out pros and cons about the homes we viewed, gave us ideas to spruce things up, and helped us envision what a house could be, rather than what it is.
