Ann was very nice and professional. Ann and her assistant were quick to answer my emails. I really enjoyed having her as my real estate agent in helping Shawn and i purchase our condo. We love our new home.

Ann was very professional and we couldn’t have been happier with our experience. We were living away from the house we were selling so it was very helpful that she took care of any problems that arose any time of day. Her knowledge of the area and other sales helped us get the most for our sale.

Ann was recommended to us by a friend and we are so happy that we chose her to be on our team for the sale of our house. She openly shared her knowledge and understanding of the market with us in a relatable way. Selling a house is a huge (and potentially stressful!) undertaking. Since this was our first time as Sellers, Ann explained each step in the process to us in a clear and concise manner. With Ann's support, we felt completely prepared to make all of the necessary decisions along the way. Although the sale concluded very successfully, it should be noted that we experienced some significant obstacles. Whether it was with recommendations of tradespeople, her knowledge of Tenancy requirements, or someone to use as a sounding board, Ann never waivered and was always there when needed her. When I first met Ann I knew right away that she was the kind of realtor that I wanted to deal with. It was the first time dealing with a female realtor. She was kind enough to help me sell some of my furniture. Hopefully my next realtor will be as professional and compassionate as Ann.

Ann was very helpful assessing the market for me during an estate settlement. We were able to price the house competitively and get a quick, but fair selling price and favourable terms. As well, Ann recommended a good lawyer to help with the transaction, making it very seamless. All of this was accomplished while I lived in Ontario. Her network of cleaners, painters, lawyers and landscapers helped us wrap up the sale with little need for me to be physically present. Thanks Ann!
