I found Ann Watley to be an excellent realtor! She was very informative when I was preparing the house to be put on the market. Ann made sure the photo's and listing showed the home beautifully and when listed was considerate about times to show the house. She was very good at telling perspective purchasers why the price matched the value of the home and negotiated to get the highest price possible! Throughout the process her communication skills were excellent!

And with buying, she pointed out everything the house would need, and had ballpark prices what it would cost. This was a realistic way to view a potential home that helped us buy with our head instead of just our heart.
