Ann went above and beyond our expectations in the preparation and sale of our property. Her advice on how to prepare the condo for sale was invaluable and resulted in a quick and very profitable sale. Even though our condo was on the lower end of value in comparison to other homes she sells, it was still marketed with the same high level, professional tools and campaigns. As this was an estate sale, there were a lot of legal issues and complexities involved in the sale that Ann was instrumental in helping us navigate. Her knowledge and experience was invaluable. I would highly recommend Ann to anyone buying or selling a home.
