We had basically spent the last 3 years looking for the perfect house for us and had no intention of selling our current house until our plans changed. Ann was with us every step of the way. First, in sticking with us and assisting us to find our dream house for many months and second, in getting our current house ready for sale and selling it quickly. Ann has a no nonsense approach and provides info and guidance on how best to ready, price and show your home. She expects that you will work with her as a team in order to get the best possible sale price for your home and if you take her advice I promise you won’t be disappointed. She gave us a lengthy list of things we had to change or fix in our house, which we knew would cost us some money up front, but if we did them all we could list for a better price and potentially recoup our Reno costs. We did exactly what she said to do right down to changing the electrical plugs to be more modern, and our house sold for list price after only a few days on the market! This has allowed us to not only recoup our Reno costs but have a much larger down payment for the new house. Ann comes with years of experience, education and an in-depth knowledge of the Real Estate market and your local area. She is professional, respectful and personable to work with. She will not sugar coat anything and will give you the straight answers you need when you are making these big life decisions. This was truly refreshing in this day and age. I would not hesitate to ask her advice, guidance or assistance in any future real estate ventures we might wade into. I would highly recommend her, and already have, to friends, family and anyone else who will listen as a Real Estate Agent who cares, knows her stuff and gets the results you want. Ann made it easy for us to sell the parent's house in Sidney. She handled all the contacts for the myriad of issues such as repair and cleaning which we could not deal with as we live on the mainland.
