I have known Dave for over 10 years and have worked with him on many staging projects (I'm an interior designer). Dave recently listed and sold my own home (within 2 weeks) and I was totally satisfied with the service he and his wife Cheryl provided, its always a pleasure working with you Dave. This was the second time that we worked with Dave on real estate transactions in St. Albert. Dave has in depth knowledge of this market which allowed us to make informed decisions on both the sale of our existing home and the purchase of our new home. Cheryl provided excellent support in communicating open houses and in dealing with the administrative support for closing the deals in a very timely and efficient manner. We were recommended to Dave by clients of his who use his services exclusively, and we were very happy we worked with him. We moved from out of province, and Dave very quickly ascertained the type of neighborhoods and houses we preferred. He took us on quite a few showings via Facetime, and when we chose our home, he negotiated successfully for us, and helped us with all of the paperwork, lawyers, banking, literally everything we needed to know when purchasing a home in a long distance manner.

We we’re not sure what we wanted in a house….for several years (5 I think). And Dave would get a call from one of us, and on a Sunday afternoon we would look at 2-3 houses. Dave would show up with a smile on his face with all the information of the houses we were about to look at and knowledgeable about each one. It was calming, as I was getting quite anxious that we would never find anything we liked. Eventually we did and although Dave was on holidays when we did find the perfect house…he orchestrated from afar with a partner at the firm and we closed very quickly. We needed a quarterback to facilitate lawyers, seller information, punch items and terms etc. Thanks Dave. Much appreciated.

Very pleasant experience Dave and his team was able to put the buy and later the sell together for us even as we where out off the country for the buy and out off province for the sell. Straight up and trustworthy I would have no problem having him look after future real estate for our family.
