We used Dave to buy our new home and sell our previous one. As second time homebuyers, we knew a little bit more about the process and what to expect. Dave naturally knew a lot about the areas we were interested in looking in, and not as much about the area we were selling our home in (being that he is based in St. Albert for the most part). That being said, he definitely did his research to support us in selling our home at the right price point and we were happy with outcome. Dave and his team were patient, accommodating and professional. There were some hiccups in the purchase of our new home (specifically in getting accurate information from the sellers) but that was out of his control. For example, the listing agent of our new home incorrectly indicated details of the property that we didn’t catch until we bought it (gravel driveway when we were told it was paved, and we bought in the winter). Overall, Dave was recommended to us by a family member and we would use him again.
