We appreciated Dave's understanding and patience! Coming from out of province we had limited knowledge of the area we hoped to move to. Dave took us to various neighbourhoods and through many homes so we were able to evaluate our wants and needs. This approach helped us find the house that was best suited to us and we are now very happily settled into our home!

Dave was absolutely incredible to work with! He helped my sister and I sell our father’s condo quickly and efficiently. Dave helped us through the entire process and was totally accessible every step of the way. Since that sale, he helped my daughter and her husband buy their first home, and two other family members are at the ready to work with him in the next few months. We have definitely found the realtor we will work with from now on.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Dave and his team with the sale of my home and purchase of my new home in the summer of 2021. I had a very short window to get this all done and Dave was extremely helpful. He spent days and days with me helping me prepare my house for sale and subsequently finding a new one. Dave helped us sell our home and buy another home at the end of 2020. Dave has the perfect personality for a real estate agent... He has a huge amount of knowledge of the real estate market and can give his client's great advice but he's not pushy or looking for a quick sale. He really made us feel like we were important and he took the time to answer all our questions. He answered our texts and emails and was super easy to deal with. I would recommend Dave to anyone. He knows his stuff and is a great communicator. Selling a house and buying a house is really stressful but Dave made it go as smoothly as possible. There will always be a few bumps along the way but he gave us all the information we needed to make good decisions.
